Be loyal; never betray the trust of your employer, associates, clients or vendors. Be respectful and forthright, treat others as you would expect to be treated. Be tolerant of differing opinions. Practice good manners and avoid vulgar language. Be considerate of the feelings of others.

Many are responsible, only one is accountable. Credit follows accountability. Being accountable to your own choices is a sign of maturity. No excuses – follow through on what you are supposed to do. Don’t be quick to blame others.

Contribute passionately and assume responsibility for the productivity of all team members. To win, each team member must commit 100% to the team or make room for a new member. Hidden agendas, lack of integrity, disloyalty, gossiping and internal politics are cancerous and unproductive, such actions will not be tolerated and are grounds for dismissal.

Be a Problem Solver
Air and water treatment is our core expertise. We are being paid to solve problems, therefore it is imperitive to offer solutions not excuses.

Communication / Responsiveness
Share information and knowledge company-wide. Time is of the essence, be helpful and respond promptly. Only discuss concerns in private with the person involved. Speak positively of your fellow team members and refrain from sarcasm or excessive complaining.
