FP-Series Filter Press

FP-470
This semi-automatic closure filter press offers the advantage of a small footprint, but with the features of a large press. A single switch controls the hydraulic cylinder. The space saving design allows the cylinder to be flipped up and out of the way when not in use. One single air connection can operate the hydraulics, the air dry, and an optional air diaphragm fluid pump. The standard configuration allows a pump to be mounted to the head end of the press. Sizes start at 0.4 cu ft. and range up to 5.0 cu ft. The press shown is a 2.0 cu ft. 

Features

FP-630
This semi-automatic filter press features a control panel which allows operation of the all press functions with a convenient turn of a switch. The filter press shown has (25"X 25" filter plates) 5cu. ft. size. This unit includes a safety cabinet which houses all of the hydraulic components. The control panel is mounted directly on top of the hydraulic cabinet allowing easy monitoring of press functions.

This filter press features a control panel which allows operation of all press functions with a convenient turn of a switch. This unit includes a enclosed cabinet which houses the hydraulic components. Includes a standard 2.0 cu. ft. expansion. Sizes start at 2 cu. ft. and range up to 12 cu. ft..

This press is designed for the needs of the mid size volume processors. Available options include plate shifters, carts, automatic pump control, elevated platforms and safety curtains. Providing you with the capability of "fully" automating all of the functions of the filter press. The filter press shown has a 31" X 31" filter plate) 10 cu. ft. This model also has a 2 cubic foot "DUO-STEP" expansion feature. Sizes start from 5 cu. ft. and increase in volume up to the 30 cu. ft.

FP-1000
FP-1000
The 1000 series filter press utilizes 40" x 40" filter plates. Press volumes start at 25 cu ft. and increase up to 50 cu ft. in 5 cu ft. increments. The closure is automated and it is available in either all air or all electric. The Control panel allows precise monitoring of all press functions. Available options include, plate shifter, light curtain, auto pump control, or fully automated valve switching and process control. Available accessories include carts, conveyors, bomb bay doors and elevated platforms.

This press is designed for the needs of the large volume processors. Included are all of the automatic features of the FP-630 with available options such as: plate shifters, cloth spreaders, automatic pump feed control, elevated platforms and safety curtains. Providing you with the capability of "fully" automating all of the functions of the filter press.

Features
This full size workhorse is designed for continuous processing operations. It is available in a sidebar or overhead beam arrangement with our proprietary anti sway design. Full automation provides for lights out operation. Sizes start at 40 cu ft and range up to 100 cu ft.
