Wet Scrubbers / Air Filtration Systems

Wet Scrubbers are designed to collect particulate matter and/or gaseous pollutants. Wet scrubbers remove dust particles by capturing them in liquid droplets. Wet scrubbers remove pollutant gases by dissolving or absorbing them into the liquid. Any droplets that are in the scrubber inlet gas must be separated from the outlet gas stream usually via a mist eliminator. Ecologix can custom design Packed bed Wet Scrubbers as well as Venturi Wet Scrubbers in addition to many other common designs specific to your industrial application. Wet scrubbers are used in industrial applications including: dust collection, submicron particulate scrubbers, NOx scrubbers, acid and fume scrubbers, gas scrubbers, chrome scrubbers, incinerator scrubbing.
