Ozone Systems
Ozone (O3) is an oxidant. It is an unstable form of Oxygen (O2) and has a total of three atoms, unlike stable Oxygen that has only two atoms. Ozone is formed when ordinary oxygen molecules containing two atoms are forced to take on a third. Ozone's usefulness as a sanitizing agent comes from its unstable molecular structure -- the third oxygen atom tends to break apart from the ozone molecule, releasing energy.
H2OZone 80
The H2Ozone 80 Ozone Injection System is designed to quickly integrate into an existing water line. This system produces 80 g/hr of ozone and is able to inject this ozone into water flows up to 140 GPM. This water can be used for food processing, surface disinfection or basic water treatment.

The H2Ozone 60 Ozone Injection System is designed to quickly integrate into an existing water line. This system produces 60 g/hr of ozone and is able to inject this ozone into water flows up to 125 GPM. This water can be used for food processing, surface disinfection or basic water treatment.

The H2Ozone 40 Ozone Injection System is designed to quickly integrate into an existing water line. The system produces and introduces 40 g/hr of ozone into a water flow of up to 70 GPM. This water can be used for food processing, surface disinfection or basic water treatment.

The H2Ozone 30 Ozone Injection System is designed to quickly integrate into an existing water line. The system produces and introduces 30 g/hr of ozone into a water flow of up to 50 GPM. This water can be used for food processing, surface disinfection or basic water treatment.

The H2Ozone 20 Ozone Injection System is designed to quickly integrate into an existing water line. The system produces and introduces 20 g/hr of ozone into a water flow of up to 30 GPM. This water can be used for food processing, surface disinfection or basic water treatment.

The H2Ozone Injection Skid designed to quickly integrate into an existing pressurized water line. Ozone from another source can be very effiently introduced into the water. Very good mass transfer will be realized, all undissolved gas will be off gassed through degassing vent.
