Micro Vapor Scrubber Units
In
addition to scrubbers for moderate to large applications,
Ecologix manufactures scrubbing systems for micro
settings. This includes laboratories, bench test
applications, emergency cabinet protection, etching
machines, small tank venting and for small fume
hood protection. All of these scrubber systems
use simple, yet highly effective packed-column
technology. Vapors enter the scrubber and immediately
go through the section containing the packing
media. The packing media is saturated with the
chemical media being delivered by the reservoir
pump. The chemical exchange takes place in the
column leaving the exhaust gas sometimes 99.999% free of original contaminants. Most of our systems
are 100% crosion resistant, designed for harsh
duty applications such as acids.
