Commercial Low Flow Wash Water Recycling Systems for Car Wash Applications & Specialized Auto-Backwash, Water Reclamation and Sorbent Containment Systems
Our Wash Water Recycling Systems are available in flow rates from 10 gpm- 155 gpm. We offer three systems for wash water applications that vary from particle removal and degerming systems to complete particle removal, degerming, aeration, fine filtering and recycling systems. These systems are can be installed in new car wash facilities or retrofitted into any existing car wash. Ecologix offers three very specific filtration systems that may accompany the wastewater recycling systems or serve a great number of applications on their own.
AC-HV Wash Water Recycle System
 Non-Pressurized Wash Water Recycling System removes particles and suspended solids (50 - 155 GPM).

AC-HV-PT Recycle System
 The AC-HV-PT 200 unit includes the AC-HV along with aeration for the reaction tank. An aeration pipe with nozzles is installed inside the reaction tank.

Eco-Cycle Complete Wash Water Recycle System
 The Eco-Cycle Series is an economical and highly efficient recycling system for car wash applications. Suspended solids are removed by the Water-Cyclone and fine particulate is removed by a fine-filter equipped with an automatic back-flush system down to 20 or 50 microns.

Automatic Backwash System
 Automatic Backwash Fiter accomodates flow rates from less than a hundred to several thousand GPM.

Water Reclamation System
 The AWRS is a self-contained, self-cleaning filtration system that removes solids, organics, biological substances, odors and hydrocarbons from water so the water can be efficiently reused.

Sorbent Containment System
 These filtration units are effective for food processing industries, treatment of wastewater to remove chlorine and odors, purification of process effluents to meet EPA requirements and many other versatile uses.
