Recycle - Reclaim & Filter Systems / Eco-Cycle 50-600 (Complete Wastewater Recycling System for Car Wash Applications)
Eco-Cycle Series Waster Water Recycling Systems are the most economical and efficient recycling systems that we offer. The Eco-Cycle Series removes suspended solids by a two-stage process. The Water-Cyclone first removes larger particles. The water then filters through a fine-filter which is equipped with an automactic back-flush sysetm (20-50 micron). The back-flush is activated after every car wash cycle is completed. The Eco-Cycle Series can easily be retofitted into an existing car wash. |

Wash Water Recycling Systems - Eco-Cycle 50 through Eco-Cycle 600 The Eco-Cycle Series is an economical and highly efficient recycling system for car wash applications. Suspended solids are removed by the Water-Cyclone and fine particulate is removed by a fine-filter equipped with an automatic back-flush system down to 20 or 50 microns. The back-flush is activated after every car wash cycle is complete. The filter mesh is constructed of stainless steel and does not require periodic changing. A two-stage De-germing process is accomplished by a high-voltage electrode (30,000 Volts / 300 mAmps.) and the hydro-stabilizer. The high-voltage electrode will also eliminate the growth of algae. Algae will grow when wash chemicals are mixed with dirt and exposed to sunlight. This algae will stick to pipes, tanks, car wash and other surfaces while acting as a culture for bacteria. The high-voltage electrode elimates bacteria growth as well as algae growth while at the same time causing flocculation of small particulate. Dissolved air is produced by a flotation membrane located inside the reactor tank. This air flotation causes flakes to rise to the surface of the water inside the reactor tank where they are skimmed off of the surface to the overflow back to the silt chamber. The Eco-Cycle Series is ideal for retrofitting sites where the car wash already exists. For example, the Eco-Cycle 100 or the Eco-Cycle 200 only need two PVC spring hoses to connect the unit to the underground pit. The Eco-Cycle 100 or Eco-Cycle 200 can work with only one silt chamber with an approximate volume of 1000 gallons. This makes construction cost significantly less than other systems. The body and piping of the Eco-Cycle series is made of polypropylene making each unit light in weight, easy to transport and easy to handle and install. |
