Recycle - Reclaim & Filter Systems / AC-HV Non-Pressurized Systems (Air, Cyclone - High Voltage)

AC-HV Non-Pressurized Wash Water Recycling System (50 - 155 GPM)

  • Applications: Undercarriage and side blasters for carwash applications
  • Can be wall mounted, footprint can be less than 3 sq. ft.
  • Provides water to header tank
  • Incorporate's degerming technology
  • Suitable for friction and certain touchless washes
  • Economically priced

The AC-HV Non-Pressurized Wash Water Recycling System removes particles and suspended solids with the water-cyclone. A two-stage de-germing process eliminates germs with the high-voltage electrode (30,000 Volts / 300 mAmps) and the Hydro-Stabilzer. Removal and prevention of algae is of main importance with any type of wash water equipment. When wash chemicals are mixed with dirt and exposed to sunlight algae will grow. The algae will stick to pipes, tanks, car wash and other surfaces while acting as a culture for bacteria. The bacteria will cause a foul odor in and around the equipment. To eliminate this issue the high-voltage electrode will not only kill baceria, but will prevent the growth of algae. The AC-HV system includes an aeration pipe with nozzles to be installed into the existing buffer tank. Aeration causes the flakes to rise to the surface of the water inside the buffer tank. We also deliver a union to be installed into the existing buffer tank near the water surface. A hose connecting the buffer tank to the recycling system will drain the skimmed flakes off the surface to the overflow back to the silt chamber. The AC-HV system is easy to install and ideal for retrofitting existing car wash facilities. These systems can work with only one silt chamber containing an approximate volume of 1,000 gallons. This makes construction cost significantly less than other systems. The AC-HV Non-Pressurized systems are light in weight making shipping, handling and installation easy.
