CFS Overview

The CFS (Continuous Flow Systems) is designed to easy treatment of a continuous stream of wastewater. The unit is fully automated with the only operator intervention required being the refilling of the flocculant and disposable media. The system has a monitoring system that sounds an alarm when restocking of media is required or when the treatment process is interrupted. Proven results for reduced TDS/TSS levels, lower residual heavy metals and lower cost per gallon treated using this approach.

Continuous process units range from 5 gpm to 40 gpm. Additional options are available for increased flocculation with pre-ozonation, water purification with post-ozonation and increased efficiency of de-watering and drier cakes.

CFS Available Options

  • Vacuum assisted dewatering table
    Incorporation of a vacuum pump and table plate to pull the water from the paper & cake on the dewatering table for the drier cake sludge.
  • Pre-ozonation skid for increased flocculation
    This is a separate skid mounted unit for Pre-Flocculation ozonation to assist in breaking down oils and start metal precipitation, this can reduce Flocculant usage by as much as 30%.
  • Post ozonation skid for increased purification
    This is a separate skid mounted unit for Post Flocculation ozonation to aid in reduction of bacterial and microbial contaminants where water is going to be reused.
